Crowthorne Stroke & Disabled Club is a local voluntary organisation aiming to provide an opportunity for local residents who have had a stroke or who have a physical disability to socialise and a get a change of scene.
They run quizzes & raffles, have guest speakers, go on pub lunches and garden centre visits, and once a year, in the summer, they organise a river boat trip. All these activities use the Crowthorne Community Minibus as the main means of transport.
The club is affiliated to the Stroke Association, the UK’s leading stroke charity.
